The Lion King

The winner of six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, is returning to OKC. Disney’s “The Lion King” continues to present one of the best Broadway shows around with its stunning artistry, fun and unforgettable songs, and a unique storytelling that remains unmatched. Tony Award winning director Julie Taymor brings to life one of the most beloved stories of adventure, friendship and hope, with music and lyrics by Tony Award winning artists Elton John and Tim Rice. Star Spangled Salute Air Show

Featuring an array of exciting flying acts, static displays and other live entertainment including the USAF Thunderbirds. Flying acts will occur between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on both days. The show will also include a Kid Zone with inflatables and activities available with the purchase of a wristband. Concessions will be set up at various places throughout the air show.
